Ayn Latonio

Ayn Latonio is a Nurse by profession and the Yoga teacher of Olympic athletes such as the first Olympic gold medalist of the Philippines, Hidilyn Diaz and the National Sepak Takraw team.

With his medical background, Ayn has always been fascinated by holistic health practices that touch all layers of being, not just the physical aspect but that which involves the mental, emotional and spiritual layers. This fascination encouraged him to study the deeper principles of traditional Yoga, making multiple trips to India from the foothills of the Himalayas to the coast of Madras to study with masters from unbroken lineages.

With his in-depth knowledge of the ancient system of Yoga that has been practiced for thousands of years yet still remains relevant to this day, Ayn teaches these principles exactly as he learned from his teachers, following all its 8 limbs or components. A holistic approach that leads to a healthy body and a calm, peaceful mind.
